@extinct Same! I've always liked the transparency of process in artist's work. I especially like when it's not something that can be analysed easily, which gives a really personal mystique to it. That's not something that be interpreted, it's a whole array of processes, thoughts and decisions that are likely very unique to that artist.

@sajan exactly. it's beautiful chaos, both observable but also unknowable to a degree.

@extinct I've spent the past year and a bit really learning how to spend time on art, and craft it meticulously, i'm currently excited about deconstructing all of that to figure out how to incorporate that kind of sketchiness / planning aspects of those kinds of things into finished works
